About Us

The Government Technical Training Institute for Women, Dhoke Syedan, Rawalpindi was established in 1998 by the Directorate of Labour, Manpower & Training, Government of Punjab, Lahore.

Mission

  • To develop competitive workforce, through a quality and productive academic environment by imparting demand driven technical education and training with a focus on personality development and to contribute as active human resource of the country.

  • To motivate female youth to upgrade their knowledge and skills to become productive citizens of Pakistan.

Objective

  • To strengthen the administrative/physical infrastructure for the delivery of long/short term market demand driven courses that are linked to identify employment opportunities in  local and global market.

  • To empower the female trainees by imparting technical education and development of skills as per demand of the industry.

  • To motivate the females to play vital role to enhance the economic growth of Pakistan using their technical skills.

  • To focus on the character building of the trainees to help them to become the good citizen of Pakistan.
