The Government Technical Training Institute for Women, Dhoke Syedan, Rawalpindi was established in 1998 by the Directorate of Labour, Manpower & Training, Government of Punjab, Lahore.
Mission

To develop competitive workforce, through a quality and productive academic environment by imparting demand driven technical education and training with a focus on personality development and to contribute as active human resource of the country.

Objective

To strengthen the administrative/physical infrastructure for the delivery of long/short term market demand driven courses that are linked to identify employment opportunities in local and global market.

To empower the female trainees by imparting technical education and development of skills as per demand of the industry.

To motivate the females to play vital role to enhance the economic growth of Pakistan using their technical skills.
